***婴幼儿：6个月以下婴儿，建议使用母乳喂养，由母亲食用初乳粉，每次1--2勺，与水或牛奶混合食用（婴儿不需直接食用）。如果缺少母乳，则建议每日0.5--1勺，与婴儿配方奶粉同时食用。
***6个月--1岁：每日0.5--1勺，与婴儿配方奶粉同时食用。
***1岁以上：每日1--2勺，与婴儿配方奶粉同时食用。
***成人：每日2勺，与水或牛奶混合食用。
